“Mimmo’s Mozzarella Italian Market” where fresh mozzarella creating every day.  
The owner and chef Bruno Ponce is true master of cheeses and if you want to feel real Italian cheesy atmosphere,
you need to come to his place.
I always enjoying taking portrait pictures of chefs.
This profession demonstrates real passion and uniqueness of character and personality.
People who work with food doing it not because of only money. They do it because they feel they have to do it!
